Brian Hill helped us sell our Ann Arbor home in 2019, and we are very, very happy that we choose him as our Realtor. We had moved 500 miles away, so we knew we had to work with someone we could trust, as we were not in town to supervise any of the steps in the selling process. Brian gave us a solid understanding of all the rules, regulations, zoning issues and showing protocols that related to selling our home. He gave us sensible and financially-sound advice when issues came up during the inspection of the property. He checked on our home frequently to make certain that both air conditioning and furnace were working property during adverse weather. Important to us, he guided us through remote signing of all the real estate sale papers, as we were hundreds of miles away and couldn't drive back for the final signing. After closing, he didn't forget us, - making certain that refund checks and escrow payments were forwarded on a very timely basis. All in all, working with Brian was a great experience, and we both feel he deserves a 5 of 5 stars rating.

From the beginning to the end of my home search, Brian was always available and easy to contact. He responded quickly whenever I had a question, but did not pester me with pointless phone calls. Whenever I decided I wanted to tour a home, Brian set up an appointment quickly, so I never worried about missing out on a great home. He was always thoroughly prepared and always on time whenever we went to see a home. Brian consistently took time to fully explain the impact of all the paperwork that I encountered in my search, and always looked out for my best interest. He was very pleasant to work with all through my purchase transaction, and helped me end up with a wonderful home !

Brian was extremely responsive, available, respectful, and knowledgeable throughout our entire process of looking for and then buying a home. His knowledge of the area, of local contractors, loan officers, inspectors, etc. made it so much easier to walk through our process of finding and then successfully renegotiating the price on our home. We knew from the start that our sale could be a long process; during that time Brian kept us informed of all market activities. When we received the offer to purchase Brian guided us through the negotiations and paperwork in a very professional manner. My husband and I had a positively wonderful experience working with Brian ! He is very knowledgeable and courteous. We were first-time home buyers and he took time to explain the entire process to us in just the right amount of detail. My husband and I are both residents at the University of Michigan Medical Center, and Brian was knowledgeable about our residency timelines and our priorities. He even went to see houses for us when we could not make it to Michigan to see them in person. We are extremely happy in our new home and we cannot recommend Brian strongly enough!
